- Technical & Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and interaction telemetry collected to secure user sessions and detect fraud.
2. Payment Processing & Stripe Security (PCI-DSS)
We prioritize the absolute security of your financial data. All payment card transactions on NeverGetHired are handled directly through Stripe, Inc., an audited and certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest certification standard in the payments industry.
Zero Card Data Storage: NeverGetHired servers never receive, transmit, or store your raw credit or debit card numbers, CVV/CVC security codes, or card PINs. All payment credentials are encrypted and tokenized directly in your browser by Stripe. We only receive a secure customer token and transaction status to verify active subscriptions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information strictly for legitimate business purposes:
- Matching candidates with verified job postings across global employer networks.
- Generating fact-grounded cover letters and resumes with 100% provenance verification.
- Executing authorized automated submissions to target ATS career portals on your behalf.
- Authenticating user sessions and preventing fraudulent activity.
- Managing subscription billing, issuing invoices, and processing verified refunds.
